No daily Mass in English this week.

We welcome Cross Catholic Outreach this weekend at all Masses to speak on behalf of the poor in developing countries. They connect American parishes with priests and nuns serving in the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.

Registrations Open:
August 11 – September 21
– K-1st
– First Communion
– Post Communion
– Confirmation (7-12 grade)

Requirements:
– Fill out the registration form
– Baptismal certificate (sacramental class)
– Registration fee

For those who have completed their first year of Sacramental Preparation, it is very important that you register for your SECOND YEAR.

Registration forms available in the parish office and in the back of the church. Bring the completed form, along with the Baptism certificate and registration fee, to the Office. For questions, call (509) 493-2828.

Open to exploring or learning more about the Catholic Faith? Consider joining the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults or OCIA.

OCIA is a process for new members, as well as a welcome-back program for returning Catholics and those seeking to deepen their faith (18 years or older). Please reach out to us, we want to help!

Mark your calendars now for St. Joseph’s Parish Carnival on Sunday, September 28! Join us for a day filled with fun, delicious food, and great music on Sunday, September 28. We are now taking donations for disposable plates, cups, forks and spoons, napkins, and sodas. These can be dropped off in the parish office. WAGAP’s total collection for August: 340 pounds, equivalent to $595.00 dollars. Thank you for your generosity!

There is an anticipation of more families in need for assistance following the wildfire. The Food Bank foresees the need for food, bottled water, and personal hygiene items for the displaced families. Your donations will be greatly appreciated. Additionally, fresh veggies from your abundant gardens are a treasure. Drop off between 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. behind the main building by the Amtrak station in Bingen. Thank you for your generosity.

The Knights of Columbus have set up a Ukraine Solidarity Fund to provide humanitarian aid. Funds will provide temporary shelter, food, medical supplies, clothing, communications and religious supplies. These items will all be immediately distributed, and 100% of your gift will go directly to these displaced people. Donate at https://www.kofc.org.

Marque en su calendario el CARNAVAL PARROQUIAL DE SAN JOSÉ, que se llevará a cabo el domingo, 28 de septiembre. Disfruten de un día lleno de diversión, deliciosa comida y buena música el domingo 28 de septiembre. Estamos aceptando donaciones de desechables: platos, vasos, cucharas y tenedores, también servilletas y refrescos. Estos pueden dejarse en la oficina. Sus donaciones y ayuda son bienvenidas. Se prevé que más familias necesitarán ayuda durante y después del incendio forestal. El Banco de Comida anticipa la necesidad de alimentos, agua embotellada y artículos de higiene personal para las familias desplazadas. Sus donaciones serán muy apreciadas. Además, las verduras frescas de sus abundantes huertos son un tesoro para estas familias. Entregas entre las 9:00 a.m. y las 3:30 p.m. detrás del edificio principal, junto a la estación de Amtrak en Bingen. Gracias por su generosidad.
